Quaker Custom Homes’ “Build on Your Lot” program is designed for clients who currently own or are purchasing land and want a custom quality home at a reasonable price. Our sales agents will work directly with you during the entire building process. Each of our sales agents has been working with Quaker for over 15 years. Quaker Homes is a tremendously stable company with its newest staff member being with us for over 5 years. We are proud of the value and security that a family oriented company brings to our clients. We understand what our clients want and are dedicated to providing the best service and building the highest quality home for you.
Construction of our homes normally takes 130 days once your foundation is in place. We publish schedules that allow you the opportunity to know what is happening at your home site every day from carpentry to completion. We take pride in the quality and efficiency of our highly reputable building process.
Quaker Custom Homes requires a $10,000 deposit at the time of contract. A draw schedule will indicate the various costs due during each phase of construction. Our preferred lender, CBUSA, will be happy to discuss financing options with you at your convenience. You may also use a lender of your choice to finance your new home.
Our “Build on Your Lot” base price includes all the features listed on the “On Your Lot Standard Features” list. We offer a portfolio of several floor plans and, unlike many other “on your lot” builders, allow our clients the opportunity to customize each plan individually. We can also work from your own architectural plans or design your dream home from scratch.
