Quaker Homes will assist you in our “Build on Your Lot” program by coordinating with contractors to provide price estimates for all services listed below.  Keep in mind that these items are your financial responsibility and will require your involvement and interaction.

* Civil Engineering for Site/Grading Plans
* Demolition, if needed
* Lot Clearing & Excavation, including digging & backfilling basement, rough        
   grading the lot and fine grading the yard
* Import or Export of Dirt
* Rock Excavation, if needed
* Seeding or Sodding of Lot
* Landscaping
* Driveway, including Construction Entrance, Stone, Asphalt or Concrete
* Utilities including Electric, Telephone, Cable, Gas, Sewer or Septic, Water or Well
