Coordinating with contractors on your behalf.

Quaker Homes will assist you in our “Build on Your Lot” program by coordinating with contractors to provide price estimates for all services listed below. Keep in mind that these items are your financial responsibility and will require your involvement & interaction:

Civil engineering for site/grading plans.
Demolition services (if needed).
Lot clearing & excavation including digging & backfilling basement, rough grading the lot & fine grading the yard.
Import or export of dirt.
Rock excavation (if needed).
Seeding, sodding & landscaping of lot.
Driveway (stone, asphalt or concrete) including construction entrance.
Utilities including electric, telephone, cable, gas, sewer or septic, water or well.
